Our website and services
This website describes our website development, creative production and enquiry-handling services and lets you request information, a website check or a quote. Project scope, prices, delivery, payment and cancellation arrangements are agreed separately in writing before work starts. Website estimates and examples are guidance, not a promise of results.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not submit misleading or unlawful material, infringe anyone’s rights, send spam, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the site. Only give us content and personal information you are entitled to share.
Intellectual property
Circle37 or its licensors own the site’s content, branding, designs and software. You may view and use the site for its intended purpose, but may not copy or reuse protected material without permission or a legal right to do so. Ownership and licensing of client deliverables are covered by the written project agreement. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licences.
Availability and results
We take reasonable care over the site, but do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for every purpose. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, enquiries, sales or platform approval. Third-party websites and services have their own terms and availability. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Any limitation for paid work must be set out in the relevant project agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Our TikTok and YouTube publishing tools
Circle37 uses the TikTok Content Posting API and YouTube API Services to publish its own organic content to its own accounts only. These publishing integrations do not collect, store or sell data from TikTok or YouTube viewers. Only Circle37 connects its accounts; visitors do not need to connect a social account to use this website.
Use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google explains its handling of information in the Google Privacy Policy. TikTok use is governed by TikTok’s Terms of Service and TikTok’s Privacy Policy.
Privacy and governing law
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Its courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
